Whey Protein always messes up my stomach or leaves me feeling bloated, totally not the case with Shake Time from 5%. Unlike some meat based protein powders this one tastes great and doesn’t have that nasty earthy taste that many others do. I’m a big fan and would highly recommend. 

While Rich was never really a huge fan of protein shakes and preferred real whole foods, the reality is we don’t all have an appetite do match our muscle building goals so having a real food protein powder like this is the best alternative. 

High Quality and Great Tasting, I give it a 10 out of 10!

Directions
